About the Role

Are you a driven individual with an exceptionally positive attitude and enthusiasm for everything you put your mind to? We are looking for a customer service professional, preferably with a high-end Hospitality, Agency, SaaS or Tech Startup background who is positive and highly organised with excellent communication skills.

You will be responsible for proactively developing client relationships and
securing additional business opportunities from both new and existing clients.
You will join a fantastic Client Success team and your role will be the focal point for new business development.

You will be helping to shape our processes and procedures, so we can continue to grow our client base without compromising our client’s experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Be a dedicated point of contact for our clients, from onboarding all the way through to their app launch and beyond
  • Responsible for Client development, to maximise business potential from each client relationship
  • Work directly with our Clients to fully comprehend their requirements and offer solutions accordingly
  • Able to distil incoming enquiries and provide regular succinct feedback to our developers and management for follow up and action
  • Work closely with our technical team to ensure the product meets client needs and requirements
  • Own your role, have initiative, be creative, be innovative and provide insights to the rest of the team

 

Desired Skills

  • Prior experience in a client facing role, preferably with high-end Hospitality, Agency, SaaS or Tech Startup background (1-2 years)
  • Experience and/or understanding of project management. Including working with product and technical teams
  • Experience and/or understanding of working with/in start ups or fast paced environments
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • A collection of evident soft skills (problem solving, strategic thinking, adaptability, planning, time management, creativity etc)
  • Evidence of building effective relationships with clients, partners and individuals of relevance
  • Highly organised, with ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Ability to problem solve and bring timely resolution to issues
  • Skilled in computer software, ability to use Keynote preferred

Nice to Have’s

  • Keen understanding of the technology sector, able to articulate complex technological concepts simply.
  • Some understanding of Human Resource Technology for Enterprises
  • Dealt with big businesses and understand at high level the B2B client and sales methodologies
  • Evidence of financial and budgetary planning
  • Proof you have strived, surpassed expectation and over delivered in previous roles
